Nicholas Tee

Managing Director

As a devoted father of two, Nick considers himself to be very fortunate to have the opportunity to lead a team of people who consider Zane Education to be far more than simply a job. Having travelled extensively over a 30 years period he has occupied senior managerial roles in several countries around the world, and has had the opportunity to develop an understanding of a wide range of cultures and business methodologies. With a background in the IT and educational software industries dating back to the early 1990's, and a leaning towards the use of a creative and innovative approach to developing business opportunities, he is committed to seeing Zane Education achieve widespread recognition and success in the online learning market.

Stuart Kay

Originally born and educated in the UK, Stuart recently relocated with his wife and family to Australia in 2010. Having originally studied Sales and Marketing he has subsequently held CEO and Sales Director roles within a mixed genre of companies. Country Manager for 2 years for a bespoke software company, bringing a Swedish product to the UK market and CEO for 8 years for a software manufacturing and distribution company, specialising in low cost software with a large educational range selling to schools, retail and end users, Stuart has developed a thorough understanding for the education market. He is also father to four wonderful girls and committed to using Zane's unique online visual learning solution to helping improve and develop the elearning markets within Australasia and the South Pacific.

Philip Harper

Chief Financial Officer

Philip is an experienced finance executive who has experience across multi-national and domestic businesses. Philip has general management experience in the online educational sector and brings a unique mix of financial acumen mixed with operation know-how.

Paul Foley

Chief Technical Officer

Paul is based in Auckland New Zealand and was the founder of a web development and custom built solutions software company which he which he established in 2002 and sold in an MBO in 2009. He has an extensive background in both Windows and Linux platforms, expertise and skills in database development and thorough working knowledge of several web-orientated programming languages including ASP, JavaScript, PHP, HTML and XML and Web2.0. Paul is the most recent "new parent" within the company and while he may now be enjoying fatherhood for the first time he has already had the opportunity to see and understand how his work is being able to add to the lives of children in a range of other countries.

Tracy Reid

Manager of Social Media & Affiliate Marketing

Tracy is a mother of two children and she embraces the opportunity to combine her passion for online marketing and social media with the opportunity to be able to reach out and make a differences in the lives of children that she will more than likely never have the opportunity to meet face-to-face. Her natural warmth and exuberance touch the lives of those she comes into contact with each day and make her the natural choice to control and develop Zane's positioning in the world of social media and affiliate marketing.
